One thing I really don't care for with the army is their cryptic way of saying, "hey so yea we are just gonna take your dh for the next year and so yea deal with it!" hey ya know what I know I married a soldier and I couldn't be more proud of my husband but ya know what? Don't prance around me with the truth.. Just give me a definitive yes and around what season of the year and ya know what I'll be better handling that information! All I know is this is probably my husbands last Christmas home for the next two years!!! I know I'm probably sounding extremely batty right now, but hey I have a right to be cryptic to!!!
Onto other things... Oh wait that means you lovely ladies get to read my blog once again for the next year!! Well I hope much longer than that of course! So my other things... My side of the family is having an all out Christmas where EVERYONE will be there!! Yay which means they all get to meet Levi and Caleb! Yay!!
Also another quick rabbit trail here.. My BIL and my DH will be deployed at the same time just different countries and of course different branches!! So I'm done with rabbit trails and here is an awesome recipe I came across online..
My son who happens to be the pickiest eater ALIVE LOVES this plus you make it in your crock pot and bam walk away and dinner is ready 8ish hours later!! Yay for easy!!
here is the link for the loaded potato soup!! Yay!!

So this blog is about my life. Between my three boys who live off a box of band aids and my husband who wears the Beret..This is a humorous blog about our life as an Army family!!

Wow apologies are in order!
To all my followers please forgive me not posting pretty much anything in MONTHS! Please! I promise to be more dedicated to blogging!! This past year has been interesting. Mark came home from Iraq almost a year ago. Wow!! On the 23rd will be his 1 yr anniversary of being home!! this pat year has been absolutely crazy but amazingly awesome at the same time! We have added to our list of children!!! Caleb Jeremiah Waters was born on October 27th after a VERY rough pregnancy which was also the reason for my lack of blogging as well. My Dh also suffers from PTSD which was sustained from his convoy hitting that IED last year! Ugh.. My oldest son started kindergarten and has his first loose tooth!! My 2 year old well has been catapulted into his terrible 2's by the birth of his little brother Caleb! But to be honest I wouldn't trade it for a moment this past year! This past thanksgiving I was blessed to have my husband home instead of in Baghdad! But was given some sad news my husbands unit is now gearing up for Afghanistan! I knew this day would come but I was so emotionally torn to think that my best friend and love would once again be in harms way and not only that but in the same Provence as his childhood friend was killed by insurgents the previous turkey day! Oh I also graduated college!! Whoa that was an emotional day for me!! I am
Such a nerd!! Well until tomorrow here are some photos of our family from the previous year!!

at the in-laws
So its the weekend and I am playing on my new apple laptop and sitting here at the breakfast counter with my mil...I always hear of how ppl just dont get along with their mil and I really sad to hear that, because at times my mil and I get along better than me and my mom do....Completely sad to say, but my mom and I happen to be two peas in a pod sometimes and I just well she is ALOT like my husband which well might be a reason why we do get along so well. well just a relaxing weekend at the inlaws and well other than school and graduation slowly approaching life is slower now that mark is home and well trying to reclass, but other than that its slow which is what I prefer right now...until later....if anyone has any crazy mil stories your welcome to say them here, laughter goes a long way!

sorry its been a while
WOW where do I start off...CRAZY last two months..My husband came home....yay....then we had christmas and then had downtime to breathe!! Which was much needed. School started up again, then I found out I was pregnant.....then I lost the baby.....The very next week became incredibly sick and well it just kept mounting up, but still in school and just taking like one day at a time, now my love is home...one less stressor, but its weird adjusting to him being home. I never thought it would be, but to be honest I was sooooo use to him not being here and doing everything myself. YAY for no more super mommy moments constantly, my cape was becoming tattered around the edges. Now its just getting back into the groove of things and of life....soon, which IDK when he wants to reclass. I am ALLLLL for him reclassing, but gotta wait and pray that a slot opens up. GOTTA love how OBAMA wants to cut 1/3 of the military. (BREATHING) so thats my update and I do ask for your forgiveness in not posting...I stink sometimes at posting, but I am back and well posting away.. YAY ME!! OH I graduate in MAY, I keep thinking "NO, this is not possible, no more college." I am gonna have withdraws. I love to learn, I AM SUCH A NERD. I know I want a masters, but thats in the future for right now. I am sooo burned out of college I cant see straight some days. I know I will probably cry, because USM has meant a lot to me. MANY wonderful memories of that College...*sniff* well, life is normal, BUT WHATS normal in my world is beyond comprehension to many. So I leave you with this pondering thought..."The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard."
